Activity Report: Loyalty Bonus

The Loyalty Bonus tab contains the following information below.

• Reward ID: ShopBack identifier for loyalty bonuses
• Brand and Location: Where the transaction took place
• Reward Date: Date-Time of loyalty bonus being applied
• Customer ID: Unique identifier for customers

Additionally, the following information is available:

• Reward Name: Name of specific loyalty bonus
• Bonus Amount: Amount of bonus rewards (usually cashback) that is being credited to customers upon hitting certain criteria
• Sales Tax: Sales tax applied on total fees
• Net Earning/ (Payable): If in black, net amount ShopBack is expected to pay to merchant; If in red, net amount merchant is expected to pay to ShopBack.
