Overview

Congratulations on a successful integration with ShopBack. From this point forward, your orders will begin tracking on the ShopBack system.

All orders on the ShopBack system will first be tracked in a "pending" status and will require a follow-up process called validation to "approve" the order for both cashback for the user and to receive commissions from the merchant.

Manual Validation

Every month, you will receive an email from our Post-Purchase-Operations team (PPO) to validate your previous month orders. Each email will come with a set of instructions on how to validate the orders given. Our PPO team has prepared the following material below to guide you on the validation process.
