a. What are the customer information fields used for?

These fields are used to store customer information and to facilitate shipping.

b. Will the item be displayed on the ShopBack checkout page?

The item information is not shown on the ShopBack checkout page. It is only used by the merchant for delivery reference.

c. We do not collect address information from users. Can we send a fixed dummy value instead?

Merchant may send a fixed dummy value if merchant are not collecting user actual address data.
