Integration Verification
Before moving to production, merchants must complete all sandbox test scenarios to verify that your integration with ShopBack APIs works as expected
Purpose:
Ensure that the integration meets ShopBack’s technical and business requirements, covering all standard and edge-case transaction flows.
Step 1: Access the Sandbox Environment
- Ensure you have valid sandbox credentials (Merchant ID and Merchant Secret in TK)
- Confirm the environment endpoints configured in your system match the ShopBack sandbox URL. Refer the API URLs page here
Step 2: Download the Sandbox Test Scenario Spreadsheet
- Download the ShopBack Test Online API - Sandbox Test Scenario
- Review all required test scenarios by endpoint (Create Order, Get Order, Checkout Flow, Refund, etc.).
Step 3: Execute Each Test Scenario
- For each scenarios, follow the columns for Request Attributes, Expectation, and Flow Behaviour.
- Record your results in the UUID/ Ref ID, response log (optional) and screenshots for any errors.
Step 4: Sandbox Completion
Once the test scenarios are completed in Sandbox, merchant shall update their credentials and API URL to Production and set the payment amount limits for ShopBack checkout option as per the following table.
| Payment Limit | Amount | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | 1 | SGD / MYR |
| Maximum | 1000 | SGD / MYR |
Moving to Production....
Once you are live in Production, please inform the ShopBack Integration team at [email protected] via your existing integration email thread. ShopBack will then conduct a round of production verification testing to ensure that all test scenarios have been successfully executed.
